Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Swimwear & Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimsuits, rashguards, or towels unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your tropical gear:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer happiness team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in approval email)
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error

Return Shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Towels
  • Gaiters

Damaged or Defective Items

If your beach chair, umbrella, or other item arrives damaged or defective:
