Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other locations may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other select locations). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tropical adventure gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s our hassle-free return policy:

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order

Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) and in original packaging with proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer happiness team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in approval email)
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Return Shipping

    • Defective/damaged item

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Towels
  • Gaiters
  • Hats

Damaged or Defective Items

If your beach gear arrives damaged or defective:
