2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Gaiters

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch

4.2 International Orders

We ship globally except to certain remote areas in Asia and other select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
• Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase

3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it to our return address (provided in approval email)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
